Hello Friends,
i was getting familiar with the model Join Function (e.g in this excellent article by ramosa).
I understand that it can perform a join faster than the regular join function (only on modle Views/model tables...). I also found it in the on premise version. So is it possible to use it on premise ? Because i tried it as follows for an environment table and a data dictionary:
I tried to join both model tables over ZPMBUDKEY/ZWWBUD. However it dropped me the following error:
Does s.o know the extra settings i have to use here? Can i use this function for environment tables? BTW: is it possible to use the results of this function further along or to write it into another model table?
Best regards, Philipp

Hi Philipp,
Model Join can be used to join an Environment Model Table with a DDIC Model Table. The field definition of both tables might be helpful here in order to determine the root cause of the error you encountered. Also, what Support Package level are you current at for component NXI in your PaPM On-Premise system?
Regards,
Carl
