I decided to initiate a workflow approval for Mitigation Controls that have expired. The approver complains that the Work items are no longer disappearing from her Inbox even after approval. But when i check the Log, its says that requests have been approved. I've attached the screen with an error message
Not sure if you reviewed solutions in note 2640268, 2593382 , 2575463 , 2836817 if the above issue not resolved by provided note then use KBA #2477541 further to isolate the issue
