Missing Units of Measure in Subscription Billing Tennant SB003

In our sandbox enviroment the SB003 Subscription Billing tenant does not have the units of measure required for my demo. I would like to add Kilometers (KM) & Hours (STD).

The help pages state that these are standard units that should be in Subscription Billing, hopwever they are not present in https://sap-sde-eu-sb003.eu10.revenue.cloud.sap/launchpad.

Go to Master Data and Manage Business Configuration and add your UoM
