MIssing + tab that opens a new screen in the same window

I am a newbie with S/4 Hana... I do not have the "+" button anymore that adds a new work screen in the same window. How do I put it back on?

For example, you can outline what steps you took to find answers (and why they weren't helpful), share screenshots of things you've done/seen, and make sure you've applied the right tags (is this an S/4HANA question?). Should you wish, you can revise your question by selecting Actions, then Edit (although once someone answers your question, you'll lose the ability to edit the question -- but if that happens, you can leave more details in a comment).
