Migrating from SAP GRC 12.0 on premise to sap GRC in S/4 Hana embedded

Does anyone know if there is any SAP tool to migrate customization and historical data from the SAP GRC stand alone box to the SAP GRC product embedded in S/4 HANA?

Mainly it is required to bring to the new box in the S/4 the historical data of GRC, access requests, controls, etc. also the historical data of Risk Management. Do you know of a way to take this data?

Currently many clients are migrating their GRC landscapes to the Cloud and it is highly requested that the historical data can be migrated to the embedded target system in S/4 HANA, do you have any suggestions on how to do it?
