Messages in Communication - Customs Declaration

Hi

I want to understand the steps why my message in communication tab for export declaration is populating, and also how can I see the message log for ascertaining what could have gone wrong? I referred the https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3657924

and tried to follow the direction but failed to populate and also tried to see where is the scroll like icon, could not find. Can any one help please?

Thanks again. Now I am moving forward but an another message - No Default value was determined

What should be the course of action please?

Hi Alex,

The "scroll-like" button is the fourth one from the left - almost underneath the first letter of "Communication" in your screen-shot. Clicking that should bring up the determination log, and hopefully help you to understand the steps taken by the system to find messages in your situation.

Typical reasons for no determination include:

• Proposal conditions not being met - try adding a new entry (if necessary) to the Data Proposal using FC_001, so that no conditions are necessary.
• Required messages not assigned to the Activity - check the configuration settings for your Activity Sequence.
