Message Type Unknown error in Change Request for Bank Account Approval using NWBC in S4HANA 1809

Hi,

We have a very strange situation which is happening only in change accounts process.
The business user is trying to change an account type 01. It is changing some sensitive fields, than submits for approval the request.
Some Info or warning messages are displayed on the screen, but no error messages.

When the same business user is trying the to display the request in Send requests webdynpro app, or the approver want to display the request in My Worklist, on the screen is displayed the 500 error in the method CL_CRM_GENIL_ABSTR_MESS_CONT=>GET_MESSAGE_TEXT.

Kindly guide us to solve the ticket ASAP.
