Cannot generate tax statement item for tax code A0

The G/L Account of Tax Code A0 May not have the check "Posting without tax allowed.

The error only occurs, if you have not set the 'Posting without tax allowed' indicator.

Check the G/L Account in OB40 and update the above option in the G/L Master through FS00.

i checked g/l a/c ob40 setting and FS00 and did few corrections but issue is not yet solved im getting error taxes by item is not activated and therefore not permitted in transfer message no:ff772

Actually im trying to post on test server but its throwing error what could be possible reasons for error
