Maximum dimensions in RTC 1709

Hi All,

I have a requirement to have RTC Consolidation (1709) model with more than 15 dimensions.

As the limitation of standard BPC is 13 dimensions, is this limitation of 13 dimensions applicable to RTC?

List of master data with volume of master-data members:

1. GL Accounts (6000 members)

2. Category (Actual/Final)

3. Currency (2 Members LC and Reporting)

4. Company code (400)

5. Trading Partner (400)

6. Time

7. Audit Trail (Data source) (50 members)

8. Group (2 members only G_NONE, Group)

9. Subtable(Transaction types) (30 members)

10. U1 (200members)

11. U2 (200members)

12. U3 (300members)

13. U4 (200members)

14. U5 (200members)

15. U6 (300members)

First of all: "the limitation of standard BPC is 13 dimensions" - incorrect!

Hello,

According to our documentation from BPC side there are no limitations on the number of dimensions. Indeed I have worked with customers who have mapped various additional ACDOCA fields as additional content for user defined dimensions in BPC, as long as you correctly use and customize the pre-delivered HANA views and /ERP/ artifacts to do so.
