Hi GTS Experts,
We have SAP S/4 HANA 1809 with embedded EWM and TM and it is connected to SAP GTS (v11, SP17) via RFC.
Scenario:
Step 1: We have PO created for import followed by an inbound delivery. T1 transit procedure and MRN number is added in delivery header which creates a transit shipment in GTS.
Step 2: The delivery is then replicated or distributed in EWM manually.
Step 3: In EWM, this inbound delivery is blocked and Transit is in process.
Step 4: Then, country of origin and batch is created in EWM.
Step 5: In GTS, Arrival Notification (M3730) message is sent to customs authority and via the SAP idoc simulation, we get a Unloading Permission (I3724) message.
Step 6: Subsequently, Unloading comment (M3740) message is sent to customs authority and via the SAP idoc simulation, we get a Release of Goods (I3728) message.
Step 7: In EWM, the Transit procedure is set to “Released” and the block is removed from the inbound delivery in EWM.
Step 8: Goods Receipt is done in EWM and material document is generated
Step 9: This material document is seen in SAP S/4 HANA at PO (Purchase Order History with movement type 101)
Step 10: In tcode MMBE, we see the stock increase for the combination of plant and storage location (Customs ID).
Step 11: But, when we enter the material document in SAP GTS, we cannot see the Customs Import Declaration after selecting “Create Customs Declaration After GR” option and choosing “Customs Procedure (Bonded Warehouse)”. It is obvious that no records are seen in “Stock Overview” Report for Customs Warehouse.
Helpful messages will be rewarded with points.
I would appreciate any insights on this issue.
Warm regards,
Deepak
