Material Data not picked in customs Declaration(Export)

Export Scenario: Declaration is created directly from ECC Invoice(Synchronous)

The declaration got created successfully. But it does not have any material data.(No material number or description). Can anyone please help with the Config/data that we might be missing.

Material has been transferred to GTS previously and all the required data is maintained(UOM conversions done). Classification completed.

That's an interesting definition of "successful"!

It can only mean that the system didn't recognise the Material - that's to say, didn't find any entry in table /SAPSLL/PNTPR for the combination of the Material Number and the Logical System Group to which the ECC Logical System is assigned.

If your ECC system is using the "Manufacturer's Part Number" rather than standard, then that could be the problem. If so, there's a new correction note recently issued to fix it.

Check the Transfer Log in the "System Monitoring" area to see if it provides any clues.
