Master data processing failure

Dear Friends,

We are using BPC10.0 with SP15.

Recently we had a client copy from then we are having issues in master data.

All dimensions are not getting active. Not able to process the dimension. Attached the error screenshot.

I have run executed the program UJS_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE but no success.

Please suggest to resolve the issue.

Hi Prasad,

Are you try to copy the environment through UJBR. The best way you can find out the issue through transaction code SLG1 also you can try to add one dummy member and then reprocess the affected dimension.

Hi,

When we try to add a new member id in a Dimension and click on save and
process we are getting the below error.(Also screen shot attached)

FAILED TO READ MASTER DATA FROM DIMENSIONS ACCOUNTS.

This issue we are facing for all the Dimensions.,

Hi Prasad,

Are you restored the environment through UJBR?are you get this error in other environment try to narrow down the issue through create one new dimension add one member and try to save and process it Another way you check the log in BW go through Tcode SLG1 in

object tab, type UJ and subobject, type UJA and execute the window you can find the details log and affected the area.Possible reason of this problem is your existing BPC version and current BPC  version conflicted.
