is there any possible way for a mass modification of g/l account translation so i can add language key in french for public cloud.

So if I understand you well, you have added the "FR" key language into the G/L account master data and even when you have used the Renumber G/L accounts app to change the general description, it hasn't worked isn't it ?
I'm asking you the question because I don't get the same system behaviour than you :

It seems like the message is more related to the G/L account master data's missing entry for the concerned key language.
Have you checked in Manage G/L Account Master Data app that you have effectively the combination mentioned by your error message ?
If not, make sure you add the key language and then you could keep going with the Renumber G/L Accounts app mentioned by my colleague in the previous comment :).

Yes, this is something that you can do in the G/L Account Renumbering process.
You can download the corresponding the relevant G/L accounts to a spreadsheet, add the translations, and then upload the spreadsheet again.

* the problem here is i want to add this "FR" key to all my G/L accounts, because when i visualise my accounting document it appears me only the GL account without his description, I hope i explained it well. *
