Mass maintenance of Risk ID and Rule ID for a Mitigation control ID

We are planning to replace the "*" for the rules maintained against the access risks in the mitigation control, the manual maintenance of mitigation allows to add the line items by clicking the Add button and then we need to enter the risk id vs rule ID text in it.

So I would like to check whether there is any mass tools available for updating the access risks vs rule ids in the mitigation control?
