Mass cancel MSMP workflows

Hi!

Is there a way to mass cancel MSMP workflows? We didn't realize that upgrading the system would find and send out ancient workflow items. Now I've got hundreds of work items in approver's queues that I need to make disappear. I found program GRFNMW_MANUAL_INSTANCE_CANCEL, but it only lets you process one at a time.

There must be a better way.

Hi Krysta.

I'm not sure if it is recommendable to maintain GRC Access Control workflows straight with SAP Workflow tools because of the MSMP layer.

If you face a similar issue again you can also try to manage it with the Stale Requests cancellation program (GRFNMW_BATCH_STALE_REQUEST) if you don't have any older workflows that cannot be cancelled.
