Requirement: automatically share n - reports on the Home Page ( Home Page> Favorites) with a specific group of users.
On the Home Page in the Documents section, reports have been added for which the source is a link to an AFO (query-based) or BPC (added as a .sapaox type) report.
I would like some of these reports to be visible to a specific group of users as soon as they launch the SAP BPC web client in the Favorites tab.
The idea is to have users make a minimum of clicks to run the actual report.
Adding the entire Documents tab to favorites is not an option.
Is this even possible. Can anyone share their experience or make any suggestions?
