Mass activity - F4 help for identification always empty

Dear Experts,

in most of my FS-CD systems the F4 help for identification stays empty with a given date in mass activities (e.g. fpy1). If I type in an existing combination of date and id the parameters are found. In other systems (older release?) F4 help works as expected.

Any idea?

Found the answer:

Short version: when there are to many runs in the db, F4-help stops working

Solution: use TR FPPARHID to hide some old runs and it works 🙂

Long version: The search help selects up to 9999 entries form table RFDT for your mass activity. I was interested in our template entries, which have the date 01.01.2008. Since selection form db works chronological and there are systems with a lot of old runs, my data get not selected because there are more than 9999 old runs with date newer than 1.1.2008
