Hi, All.
I made some test plan in Manual Test plans(Assessments > Manual Test Plans).
After saved, I can find the data in HRP1000 & HRP5355 , But It's not appeard in Manual Test Plans Menu (NWBC).

Can you set year as 2018 in Manual Test Plans screen and check? From your table entries the start date of the plan is in 2018.
