Manual price update for the subscription line of a solution via API API_BUS_SOLUTION_ORDER_SRV -

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to update the recurring price of the subscription line of a solution order via API - API_BUS_SOLUTION_ORDER_SRV and the subscription product has a rate plan with pricing schema . I tried by populating entity Item Rate Element Price Element(A_BusSolnOrdItmRateElmntPrcElm) of the API however the price is not getting. Can you please guide if it is possible to update the price of the subscription item with pricing schema in the solution order via API?

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility" for this question, as APIs are Objects related to Extensibility.

In general, it is better to ask such questions in this forum, as this one is not about a bug. However, since the ticket already exists would you kindly wait for an answer to your ticket?

Hi Jyoti ,

The API entity A_BusSolnOrdItmRateElmntPrcElm currently support read only operation.

To influence the price you can use the entity A_BusSolnOrdItmSubscrpnPrAgrmt .
