when I try to run the transaction code ACACTREE01, the system is showing the message error below:

Diagnosis

You can't provide the total amount or the total quantity in either of the two cases:

You have configured the accrual item type to support uploading periodic accrual amounts in customizing view Define Accrual Item Types. In this case, you can only upload periodic accrual amounts.

You have configured the accrual item type as derived accrual item type in customizing view Define Accrual Item Types. In this case, the accrual amounts are calculated automatically by the accrual method DERIVED."

I already checked all configuration in my system, but I don't know this error is occurring.

Hi, this is because you have used "Upload Periodic Accruals" checkbox in the ACCRL_PER Accrual Item Type. For this, you should be using one of the Upload templates (mainly, the number 2) to resolve this issue. Another option would be to remove the flag from "Upld allowed" column.
