Maintain default Decimal Notation in GRC

Hi All,

We are currently on GRC 10.1 SP11. I wish to maintain the default decimal notation as 1,234,567.89 but instead the system chooses "x". How do I set this. When i check the t-code OY01 in GRC the system says the t-code does not exist.

Please let me know how do i set this.
