Mail Configuration Settings

Hi Experts,

Please provide Draft DM Mail Configuration Settings. went through DM user guide not available configuration settings.

Please update inputs highly appreciate here.

What exactly is your question?

DM has 3 templates in folder C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SAP\SAP Disclosure Management\Data\Config

Within these templates, you can use variables like {Report} and {User}

For example:

  Period:     {Period}

  Report:     {Report}

  Comment:    {Comment}

  User:       {ActionUser}

The system will generate emails based on these templates, for example:

Thanks for your reply.

I did mail configuration settings like below  but not able to getting the emails when user has been locked and unlocked.

Please correct me i did any configuration settings to add.

Once click on Test E-mail Shows error "Failure Sending mail".

Hi Veera

Your configuration is missing the SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) settings.

The host you have defined is the email server, and you also need to define a login/pwd to this email server.

Once you have defined this, you should be able to send email
