Hi Madhu,

Unfortunately there is no VBA API to set work status in BPC 10 or 10.1. It was possible in 7.5 but not in 10...

Final clarification on this is: My VBA Macro button should take me to excel - change work status

You can use OpenWorkStatusEditor function to just open Excel work status form, but you can't set work status in VBA.

I do not understand what do you mean by "share" in this case, just look in EPM help:

"42.5.16 OpenWorkStatusEditor

Applies to: Planning and Consolidation connections.

This API opens the Change Work Status dialog box.

No parameter."
