M0905- Outbound to Export

Hi,

Could you please help me to process the message type-MO905(Confirmation of Export Date), I want to send it to customs. When I try to re-process it showing " Execution is not allowed. The preceding activity has not been completed". Below is the details.

Please advise how to proceed and is it somehting to do with config. or Data issue ?
