We are creating an EAM access request, in the GRC box and have modified the screen in custom tab with field ticket#. Now when this request is approved, I want to modify the standard text "Provisioned through CUP request #" with the ITSM ticket#, so that the same description is available in the firefighter launchpad and logon screen.
We have created a post-exit in Web Dynpro:
GRAC_UIBB_ACCREQ_REQUEST method APPROVE.Inside
this we edit the long description with ITSM ticket # and Request # and modify
table GRACFFUSERT.
To an extent this is working but there is a random behaviour, it updates the description sometimes and sometime not.
Is it correct what I am doing above.
