Logon button is disabled for FF Id. Can you please help?

Hi Amol,

This error message indicates that there is some issue with your RFC connection.

RFC connection error due to user id and password.

The user id and password could be expired or invalid.

Check RFC user id and password for the plug in system and update the password or user id validity and perform test both connection and authorization tests to ensure that the functionality is working correctly.
