Logical group deletion

Hello Experts,

Uploaded the Rule set to SAP_R3_LG in Development and transported the same to Quality and Production.

Group type for SAP_R3_LG is Logical Group and Application Area.

Some of the Logical groups where previously present, want to delete all those and move the roles to this Group.

Will it have any Impact on GRC system or Back End System?
