Log of Funded Program when using PO (me23n)

Dear experts,

We use FP (account assignment). When I check the log of the PO (me23n =>Item Changes), there is no listing shows FP changing. (The flag of "Change Document" of DE FM_Measure is on.)

Any option to customize it?

We usually derive funded program from project; are you doing the same? Or are you entering the funded program manually?

As I know it can't be filled manualy. I derived it from the IO.

Hence when someone changes the IO (of the PO) I expect a log of the FP, as well as the IO (the IO appears at the log. As expected.)
