Hello,
We are facing error in Lockbox. The lockbox file got imported successfully with status Unprocessed for one line item. The item is giving error message FA 006 - Payment advice 123456789 does not exist for account 87654 9999 when trying to Edit Payment Advice. Kindly assist how can this be resolved? Is there a way to unlink payment advice from this lockbox line item or delete the payment advice number displayed in error message because the payment advice is not visible in AVIK / AVIP tables.

Hi,
yeah you can open the lockbox item in the Reprocess Lockbox Items app and then simple delete the payment advice ID which is entered there.
Then you can go ahead and post or clear invoices as you wish.
