Local Connection

Hi Friends,

My EPM Add-in version is 10.0 SP24 .NET4 Build 9343.

I am trying to create a local connection to the BW Cube.

When I select Connection type "Local" , in the option for OLAP provider for DB/ENV

I am getting 4 options, but not "SAP BW OLE DB Provider". Screen shot attached.

I followed steps in this doc

and I looked at this note too

1936479 - Cannot save a local connection Folder path - EPM ADDIN

I uninstalled and installed the epm add in , not much helped.

Hi,

Make sure that while installing SAP GUI, you have checked OLE BD for OLAP provider
