Load Charged Items/BITs from CC to CI synchronously

Hi Team,

In our scenario, we are storing CITs in CI and sending CITs to CC for the rating & charging. I like to understand if there is a way to load charged items/BITs from CC to CI in synchronous fashion i.e no need to wait for Bulkloader scheduling. I know we can change time based file rollover policy to 1 minute. But like to understand if there is another way to receive BITs as soon as we send CITs from CI-->CC and receive back in same fashion CC-->CI synchronously without waiting.

Hi Ankit,

The bulkloading process is asynchronous by design, because replying to each request separately would be way more costly, without bringing any significant benefit.

If it is does not negatively impact your landscape's performances, you may indeed decrease the time- and size-based rollover policies in the rater (not in the bulkloader) to get the BITs more quickly in CI, but CC has no feature to send the results immediately for each request.

Still, please still keep in mind that CC's charging API is able to send the results directly within each SOAP response.
If you'd like further advice on valid approaches, can you please give us more context?
