List and process grc work items

Hello

We need from an external application list all the workitems' user and approve / process one of them.

There are functions in grc to do that?

Its an grc 10.1 instalation

Hi Claudio,

I could not understand your requirement . Do you need an external application to process the GRC requests? If so, the scenario is not possible. The request can be approved via work inbox of the approvers or via the admin mode.
