liquidity planning starter kit in BPC 10.1 NW

Hi gurus,

I have read in many forums that there is starter for liquidity planning in SAP BPC. But all the threads that have links are not working I can't find information about this Starter kit and I need to know where can I get it. I need it for SAP BPC 10.1 (or 10) NW Standard version (not for Hana version).

It's a Deloitte product for BPC 7.5... Look here:
