License Type

I have created License Number 55 for foreign Trade org 374 for plant DE70 ,

and there is a blocked sales order for Legal Control which belongs to 371, and Plant GB70

as well as for specific Plant DE70 but

During the Manual assignment of the License Type , how come I am able to assign License which is created for Foreign Trade Org 374 to FTO 371?

Hi Turk,

Don't you just need to run the "re-check documents" report (Transaction /SAPSLL/CUHD_MR_EXP)?  If the Licence is suitable, then it should be determined automatically.

hi Dave, thanks again, but when I try manually assign license to Document I am able to but when I use the above Transaction it is giving me

No DATA found: Change the selection criteria

I would start with the basic functions:

1) is your license active

2) dates of your document are they within the dates of your license

3) check your determination strategy for the country - what types of licenses have you determined to be available.

Dates are back dated

I am doing it manually so no determination necessary ,
