Hello,
We are in the process of implementing direct filing for US Exports. I find that the incompletion checks in GTS require the license information in the document tab of the line item.
I thought this could be done by configuring the Default Document for Customs Management in the License Type. However, the Type and Qualifier field do not provide anything in the dropdown list. We are using standard configuration. Is there additional configuration that must be done to provide this functionality?
Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Regards, Dean.

Hi Dean, Ramji,
When I tried this for myself, I got the same result - no entries in the "Type" field. My analysis showed nothing wrong, so I was quite puzzled.
Today I tried again, and found that, after selecting the Document Category, it's necessary to press the <Enter> key to ensure that the Foreign Key field is filled correctly. After that, the expected Document Types appear in the drop-down list.
Could you please try using that technique, and let us know the results?
Regards,
Dave

I am having similar issue, i need to activate Type and Qualifier. All customizing is linking with customs code procedure, i don't know how to link it with LR-License type combination. Only category is appearing in the drop down list . I believe, if i activate Type then I can view the settings in the license master creation. Attaching herewith screenshot for reference data.png
