License type not appearing in the dropdown while creation, change or display license transaction

Hi Team,

We have configuration requirement of around 17 legal regulation and 33 license types. We could complete all legal regulation configuration and they are triggered when a document is created. However we could only create 10 licenses types in the system post which addition of more license types stopped the dropdown of licenses during license creation/change/display. This issue occurred also for all the licenses that were already existing and functional in system.

Sounds like it could be a bug. If you can reliably reproduce, perhaps you should raise an OSS Incident?

Hi Satish,

I am able to view license types as and when I delete newly created from the configuration. That too few newly created license types are displayed. When I am trying to add more license types it is causing this issue. It can't be issue with authorization in this case.

You probably don't have authorization? Can you check your SU53?
