License determination by threshold value

Is below requirement can be handled in standard functionalities, if yes please provide your inputs.

License is required if listed product line item greater than or equal to threshold value.

Sunil, my understanding:

• Standard license does not support product / item level threshold
• The quantity / value mentioned at license is valid for the entire duration of the license, irrespective of the number of document assigned
