Hello,
Just recently encountered this message in an Export Declaration. Due to internal issues, the delivery has no control, country code xx. However, when the export declaration is created with the correct legal regulation, US, we are seeing this message in the Legal Control/Restitution logs.
We do have the Copy Legal Control from previous document set at the line item level and this cannot be changed.
Any ideas on having Legal Control properly re-determined?
Regards, Dean.

Hi Dean,
Not my area of expertise, but I see that the message (/SAPSLL/CON_LDET 080) is used twice in Function Module /SAPSLL/LICENSE_TYPE_CHECK. Both instances refer to the item GUID and the Legal Regulation, so it's not like the message refers to an earlier use for a different or related document. One of the comments suggests that the same Licence Type might have been determined as part of a different Determination Strategy, which makes some sense.
Sorry that I can't help otherwise.
Regards,
Dave
