License data for printing on SD Export documents

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement to print the trade data such as license and classification codes assigned in GTS on ECC SD export documents. Could you please help me to find the way forward, probably the suitable BADI that updates the trade data in ECC documents. Thank you..!

Hi,

you can set up a functional modul in GTS, that is collecting the classification data to the relevant materials and call it via RFC in the ERP printing report.

The license number and classification data should already be available to the form. Please review structure IS_PRN in your form using transaction SFP.
