Make sure you have activated the relevant Legal Regulations, in the IMG under "Sanctioned Party List screening".

but now it is giving this issue ,

How can I make it block , I created manual SPL list , but it is not checking

Hi Turk,

In the activation, there's a choice of "scope" for the Regulation.  You must choose a setting that includes inter-EU movements ("including domestic").

I am able to see the block now, thanks for your input, but even though it says blocked, I am still able to create delivery in ECC,

Hi Turk,

Just a note to say that choices 1 and 3 should also work ok for your situation (GB to ES).  Choice 4 also runs the check for a domestic situation (e.g. ES to ES).
