Legal Control: Item not transferred

Hi Experts,

I have an issue can any one please help to sort out the issue.

We are creating a delivery order with respect to one sale order. At the time of creating delivery order when we process the order from ECC to GTS we are getting the error message text: SAP GTS: Legal Control: Item (00020) not transferred.

But when we transfer the material the status showing process successfully.

Please let me know where we need to check whether the item 20 is transferred to GTS or not.

Hi Hari,

Please check in GTS Area Menu-> Legal Control Export-> Display Existing documents with the Sales order# as reference number. You should be able to see 2 items for your customs document here.

If you can see an entry in this list, open the document and check if the status of the sales order is red(blocked). If yes, release the order and then create the delivery.

If you need help in releasing the order, please post the error log that you see in GTS for your sales order customs document.
