Legal control check is not happening for inbound delivery in GTS

Hi,

Please help on this issue.

Legal control check is not happening for the inbound delivery in GTS where as for the corresponding Purchase order it is happening. I have done same configuration setting for the both the document types of Purchase order and inbound delivery .

Hello Sekhar,

What version of GTS are you using? For example, It doesn't work in 7.2

Please attach the log of the GTS check and the screenshot of the document type & item category.

Hi,

Kindly check whether you activated inbound deliveries (document types and item categories) for Legal Control Import same like how you did for Purchase order.
