How to set the Lease posting run (set of cycle) to Obsolete status?

To set the Lease posting run in Obsolete status, you have to reverse the run first by following below steps.

1. You can execute a valuation run multiple times. With each run, an Execution ID gets created. You can reverse a valuation run for a single Execution ID. To do so, select the valuation run you want to reverse and click on the Execution Details tab.

2. Select the Execution ID of the run you want to reverse and click Reverse.

3. Enter the required information:

   • Contract From/To ID

   • Posting Date

   • Closing Step

4. Once you have provided the required information, you can set the run to active by clicking Set to Active.

5. You can start the reversal process once you have set the run to active by clicking Start Now.

6. Then the reversal run Id will be created with Obsolete status.
