Hi Srinivas,

Above mentioned all configuration are there in system.

I already refer the 1978357 - "No records found for the search criteria entered" for LDAP user search.

But still no luck.

Thanks,

Lakshmi

Hello,

Please check below setting

IMG/> GRC> Common Component Setting> Integration Framework> Maintain Connection Setting

Under this, choose PROV work area and select your LDAP sub-scenario and click on 'Scenario-Connection Type Link'. Here, under column 'Class/Interface', give class name as 'CL_GRAC_AD_ACCESS_MGMT_LDAP'.

Also make sure that User Data Detail Source is also configured. There could be possibilities that User Data Source is LDAP and user is searchable, however User Data Detail Source is not maintained or some other system. In such case, user details will not be populated.

did you get chance to refer the below Note

1978357 - "No records found for the search criteria entered" for LDAP user search
