Hi,
We are in SP12 GRC 10.1
We have integrated the LDAP with GRC for data source.
But users are not getting in access request form in F4.

Above mentioned all configuration are there in system.
I already refer the 1978357 - "No records found for the search criteria entered" for LDAP user search.
But still no luck.

Please check below setting
IMG/> GRC> Common Component Setting> Integration Framework> Maintain Connection Setting
Under this, choose PROV work area and select your LDAP sub-scenario and click on 'Scenario-Connection Type Link'. Here, under column 'Class/Interface', give class name as 'CL_GRAC_AD_ACCESS_MGMT_LDAP'.
Also make sure that User Data Detail Source is also configured. There could be possibilities that User Data Source is LDAP and user is searchable, however User Data Detail Source is not maintained or some other system. In such case, user details will not be populated.
