Latency issue in AD data source integration with GRC

We have integrated AD as a data source with GRC 12. After connection, the access request form is taking too long to load and then user search keeps loading. Any resolution to this?

Please review KBA - 2928654 and implement SAP note - 2820187 in your GRC system. Once done, retest the scenario again. Let me know if you still face any issues.

The issue was the port 389. When we started using port 3268 for LDAP, the issue was resolved.
