Land Value increase

Hi Experts,

This is related to Fixed asset values of Land. as the land appreciates but getting as below error.

|In the system configuration at Controls for Land A/C 

Error - Gross Value V/s Accumulated dep.

Please Suggest if anything to be changed.

Hi Pavan,

Land is not depreciated, the above mentioned issue will arise whenever there is an increase/decrease in Land Value.

Can you share the screen shot of control?

My question is how to handle Land values in SAP BPC.

Yes, Land Appreciation Values.

Can you share the screenshot of control & Account dimension (relating to FA).

Can you also brief the logic behind control?
