KO88 Settlement the order

Hi,

In the KO88 : Settlement the order (Real internal order)

The order is not executed

After FB50, I do KO88 here the Error is : No transaction data posted since last settlement

Message no. KD306

Please check out the attached Screenshot and give me your help and suggestion

He says:

"On any Production Order, there can be cost pertaining to Materials, Activities and Overhead.

Whenever the Materials are issued to Production Order OR Activities are confirmed, cost will be debited on Production Order. When you make GR against the Order, Stock will be posted to Inventory A/c with Standard Price and the same value will be on Credit side of the Production Order.

When you try to settle the Order in KO88, the system tries to find the difference between the above debits (cost debited on Production Order by way of Material cost, Activities cost etc) and the credit (GR Value) and posts it to Price Difference Account.

When you get the message "No transaction data posted since last settlement", that means, since you did settlement of that particular Order last time, there is no additional cost booked onto that Production Order by way of Material issue or Activities confirmation. Now, issue some materials against that Order or confirm some Activities and try to do Settlement again in KO88 to find difference.

You can see the balance on the Order if any in "Cost Analysis" of the Order in CO03. If there is any balance, then it will be settled when you execute KO88."
