Journal List after restore has only one line

10.1 NW  Consolidations

After a copy/restore from QA to Dev the restore went without issues. UJBR

The number of journals is 334 in both systems but on the Journal List only 1 line - one journal displays.  We've checked the Journal Parameters and it is set to 0 to show all journals.  We've tried changing it to 200 still only 1 line shows.  We've changed it back to 0 - still only one line shows.

Also the one journal that does show is empty.  The content of the journal is not there anymore.

Instead of Show Journals: Context can you try filter with an empty criteria?

Still only one line and when I create an Advanced Query it only shows one line

Then in SAP GUI using transaction SE16 please check tables UJJ_*

Thank you Raj.  From the documentation of the UJBR the Journal List should not copied with the restore.  What you provided is a way to get around the problem which is helpful.  We want to understand why the restore did not do what it was suppose to do.  What did we need to add to our activities during the restore process or do I need to put in a support message.

Do you have the same core BPC SP level on QA and Dev?

If not sometimes strange things can happen...

The two systems were in sync for SP levels at the time of the copy from QA to restore to Dev.  After the restore two weeks later we started the upgrade activities for Dev.  That's when we noticed the Journal List of blank except for one line item.  So we don't know if the restore had an issue or if the upgrade to 10/1 has the issue.  When you look at the count of Journals you still get 334 in both systems.  It is just the Journal List only shows one line in Dev

I've attached two screen prints.

Doing research I've seen issues with lists when you change the model but I don't see a note or anything on SCN with this issue.  The Model defaults to the delivered model Consolidation out of the box.  You have to change the model to the Legal Consolidations for Nexeo Solutions.  That is the we use and where the journal entries are created.
