There were some job instance in sm37 which got cancelled but we have rescheduled those steps. But still one job instance is showing in progress in CCM.
You can use report GRFN_CCM_SET_ERROR_STATUS to set the job status to Error in CCM. Only restriction with this program is that you have to wait for 2 days to change the status.
