Item Aggregation in Customs Declaration - CDEX1

Dear Experts,

We wanted to activate the Item aggregation for Germany customs export declaration.

There is a standard scheme provided by SAP for Germany export declarations. Could you please let me know how to check the Aggregation fields/criteria defined for this standard schema.

Hi Bhargav,

Whilst displaying the Declaration; from the "Edit" menu, choose "Item Aggregation" > "Display Aggregation Criteria".

Hello Dave,

Greetings..!

I have activated the Item aggregation for electronic communication for EXAZ Activity sequence under the control settings and assigned CDEX1( Germany Export) Aggregation schema. However, I am unable to perform the item aggregation for the export declaration from the following path Edit" menu, choose "Item Aggregation" > "Display Aggregation Criteria". The options are still greyed out. Could you please suggest what is missing from the configuration point of view.

Hello Dave,

I have changed the Item Aggregation schema to CDEX2(ATLAS Export Germany - Incomplete Export Declaration) from CDEX1(ATLAS Export Germany - Complete Export Declaration) now the Item aggregation options are enabled in Export declaration and seems to be working. However could you please help me to understand the difference between CDEX1 and CDEX2.

Hi Bhargav,

I can't see much difference between the two schemas. I tried creating some declarations, and got the same result with each schema. One tip: the aggregation options are only enabled when you have two or more items in the declaration - does that help?

Hi Dave,

I had Maintained two or more items in Export declaration however the item aggregation options are not enabling for schema CDEX1, the options are enabling only when I change the schema to CDEX2. My only concern is the schema CDEX2 is named as (ATLAS Export Germany - Incomplete Export Declaration) hence I wanted to see if there is any difference in both the Schema's in terms of aggregation criteria.

Is it possible for you to share snippet of aggregation criteria for CDEX1, I can see for CDEX2 so that i can make a comparison. Thanks in advance..!

Hi Bhargav,

As per my understanding , we cannot check directly what are all fields to be aggregated .

But if you still want to check , you can check with help of your technical team in below standard Program .

Program name: /SAPSLL/LCUHD_AGGREGATIONF04

Form calling this is aggregation_cdex1_read

You can details after debugging in the field ct_aggr_criteria
